Tube sec
Dosée en cas d’hépatopathie, d’intoxication aux organophosphorés et avant l’utilisation de relaxants musculaires si une hépatopathie est notée.
Augmentation :
- Néphropathie
- Entéropathie exsudative
Diminution :
- Hépatopathie sévère
- Empoisonnement aux esters phosphatés et aux alkyles phosphatés (parathion)
- Traitement à la néostigmine
- Déficience protéique sévère
- Cachexie
- Infection chronique
